Hey there!, I’m a Serverless consultant and Solutions Architect based out of the Silicone hills of Austin, TX. I help organizations modernize to the cloud. My specialty is building apps that auto-scale, incur zero cost when idle, and require minimal maintenance—I apply a scale-to-zero cloud framework. In short: use exactly what you need, and scale to zero when idle.

My job is to squeeze cloud costs and amplify business value—so profits stay high and waste stays low. I specialize in serverless and containerized architectures on AWS and guide teams through secure, well-architected, compliance-ready designs.

New to serverless? Email me at francisnjoh@gmail.com and I’ll walk you through a phased adoption plan so you can worry less about the tech side of things and focus on increasing value for your customers.

Interests

Outside of work, I automate as much of life as I can with infrastructure-as-code so I can focus on what matters—tending a seasonal garden, deep mindfulness/meditation to manage modern stress, and creative storytelling (screenplays & colorful narratives).

I love technology because it gives people their time back: automate the busywork, smell the roses, and invest that time with friends and family.
